PROFILE
AYAZI.LEGAL was founded by Kianusch Ayazi. Kianusch holds both a German and a South African LL.B. law degree. Having studied law at the Bucerius Law School (Hamburg, Germany), the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa) and the University of South Africa with a focus on Public International Law and European Law and having practised law in South Africa and Germany, he is familiar with both the South African and the German/European legal system as well as with their crossroads.
Kianusch speaks English, German, Farsi, French, Afrikaans and Spanish. He is a member of various law associations and the author of several legal works, among them a publication on German-South African cases of inheritance in the light of the EU Succession Regulation.

Kianusch advises private clients, corporate clients and government entities in English, German and Farsi. He specialises on the crossroads of the aforementioned jurisdictions and focuses on matters with international implications.
